Arrived late, around 23.30 and it was a quick and easy check-in. Staff were really nice. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast selection was decent.

Free airport shuttle (you will need to call them once you arrive at TYS airport), good complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. Spacious room, good price. I forgot my toothpaste, they provided free one at the front desk
